    Natalie spent two decades shaping early talent strategy at a top global professional services firm. She led high-impact recruiting initiatives, managed national teams, and partnered with universities across the country to identify and develop top student talent. With thousands of resume reviews and career conversations behind her, she brings both breadth and depth to her coaching.

    Natalie empowers students to own their story, build meaningful connections, and take action—even when things feel overwhelming. She’s passionate about breaking down the process and showing students that career prep can be accessible, personal, and even energizing.

    Outside of work, she’s a proud Midwesterner who enjoys spending time at the lake and improving her pickleball game. She’s also mom to three spirited kids who keep her grounded and laughing.

    Stephanie spent 20 years building, evolving, and leading early talent strategy at one of the world’s largest professional services firms. She’s developed programs from the ground up, led large, high-performing teams, and reviewed thousands of resumes along the way. She’s known for her strategic clarity, deep insights, and ability to help students zero in on what makes them stand out.

    Stephanie empowers students to build confidence, clarify their goals, and communicate their value with authenticity. She brings straight talk, big-picture thinking, and deep empathy for the uncertainty that comes with early career decisions.

    Outside of work, you’ll find her planning her next adventure, hosting impromptu gatherings with friends and family, or soaking up the sun at the beach with her husband and two daughters. She’s fueled by strong coffee, meaningful conversation, and any excuse to be near the ocean.
