Foundations is group-based program designed for students who value expert direction and peer learning and are comfortable implementing the coaching and guidance independently.
This program is a strong fit for students who:

» Are motivated to take action on their own with support along the way
» Don't need individual 1:1 coaching to feel supported

Level of support:
• Guided onboarding experience
• Group coaching, 4 sessions, every other week
• 5 small-group workshops
• Full curriculum access
Foundations is entirely group-based. If you'd like individual coaching alongside the curriculum, Momentum and Pinnacle both include 1:1 sessions.
